Terms of Service for LegitBoosting Users

Your use of legitboosting.net (“the site”, “we”, “us”) is subject to the terms below. Accessing any page of the site means you accept them; if they are not acceptable to you, do not use the site.

1. Who Runs This

Legit Boosting exists to survey the boosting market rather than take part in it. Everything published here is journalism of a kind: appraisals, league tables, pricing analysis, practical guides. Nobody buys a boost from us, because none is offered, resold or brokered, and every deal a reader strikes with a covered company happens without us.

2. Editorial, Not Advice

Everything published on these pages is judgment rather than certified fact: the marks we award, the order we place services in, the sums we quote and the advice we write all come out of testing and desk work done before publication. Treat it as background. Because the market keeps moving, nothing is warranted to be correct, current or complete, and no sentence here amounts to legal, financial or professional counsel.

3. Outside Services

Links on the site lead to outside websites and services that we review but neither own nor operate nor control. If you order from one of them, the contract is strictly between you and that service, under its terms, prices and policies. We accept no responsibility for what any third party does, sells, publishes or fails to deliver.

Remember that buying a boost can breach a game publisher's terms of service and may put your game account at risk. Weighing that risk is your responsibility alone - it applies to every service we list, however highly it scores.

4. How You May Use It

• Our text and data may not be harvested, duplicated at scale or reposted elsewhere unless we agree to it.
• Nobody may stress, scan or knock over this site or the infrastructure hosting it.
• Passing yourself off as this publication, or borrowing our material to look approved by us, is prohibited.
• Reports of errors should be truthful; forged proof will be ignored.

5. Content Ownership

Original material on the site - writing, scores, structure, design - is our property. Brief excerpts may be quoted with a link to the source page. Any game titles, service names or logos shown belong to their respective trademark owners and appear only for identification; no affiliation with or endorsement by any publisher or boosting service is implied for legitboosting.net.

6. No Warranties

You take the site “as is”, and available whenever it happens to be up. No warranty attaches in any form, whether stated outright or implied by law, over accuracy, fitness for any purpose or non-infringement, and outages or defects may occur at any point.

7. Liability Limits

So far as the law permits, we are not liable for special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising from the site or from dealings with third-party services discovered through it, including banned or lost accounts, lost data and lost profits. Where the law will not allow exclusion, the ceiling is what this site has ever charged you: nothing.

8. Changing These Terms

Amendments are possible at any point. The wording published here, together with the date it took effect, is authoritative, and further use of the site after an amendment counts as acceptance of it.
